Welcome to my new blog and new company. I no longer work for Autodesk and have decided to try something that I’ve wanted and considered for several years now; that’s working for myself and helping you make Inventor and Fusion 360 work better. I’ve always enjoyed using modeling and programming to solve problems but now I also get to see how the business side works. I’m keeping my fingers crossed it works out. 🙂
I’ll no longer be contributing to the Mod the Machine blog but will be posting on my new blog instead, and on a more regular basis than I’ve been posting recently. As part of that, I’ll be taking some of my old content from Mod the Machine and updating and finishing it and there will be plenty of new content. I hope you find the information useful and I would be happy to hear about topics you would like me to write about. I’ve been experimenting with some new things recently that I’m excited to tell you about.
In addition to the blog, I’ll also be making some utilities available here. Some of them you’ve seen in the past and some will be new. The existence of this site gives me a better way to make them available. If you have an idea for a useful utility, please let me know.
If you’re new to Inventor, Fusion 360, and me, you can learn a bit more about who I am on the About page.
And if you need some help with a project I would be happy to talk to you about what might be possible and how I can help. My info is on the Contact page.

Good luck!
Wish you good luck. Watching your AU videos and reading your blogs has been invaluable to me. Keep up the good work.
you have helped me, and the company I work for become more efficient and knowledgeable in the inventor program. Thank you for all of your work, and I look forward to seeing what is yet to come.
Best of luck to you Brian. I have no doubt you will be successful.
Good luck with your new challenge. And of course I will continue to follow your blog.
Just stumbled upon this as I am downloading my class materials for AU and have one of your classes. As always, you have been a wonderful help to me over the years during AU and our dev labs and I am wishing you good luck in your adventures. I have already passed your information on to a couple of people and made sure to sign up for your newsletters as you are very well respected in my book. Look forward to seeing you next week.
The very best of luck on this new endeavor, Brian! I know I’ve already bookmarked the page. This is terrific!
